Lev said, “This lesson was really fun because it made me feel more independent as we now can use the recipe and do some bits ourselves. I think the plaited bread looks fantastic.”

Josh’s favourite part was kneading the dough and being allowed to ‘slam’ it on the table!  “While we waited for the bread to rise we even got to research the science behind the chemical reaction.” “We all enjoyed cooking and we all hope it tastes as good as it looks!”
