On Friday, 6^th December 2024, we had the privilege of hosting a very exciting visitor to Barfield. After receiving a letter from our Eco Ambassador and Eco Club warriors, MP Greg Stafford accepted our invitation to come and visit the school. After a quick tour around the grounds, they addressed some big topics with Mr Stafford and shared their concerns over climate change, sustainability and how we, as a school, tackle these issues. The children discussed our token system to tackle food waste and shared ideas on nuclear energy, plastic waste and water pollution.
