Acknowledging the imperative role we play in preparing the leaders of tomorrow, we at Barfield Prep School have taken a critical look at our current educational provision. Recognising the need for a more robust approach to sustainability and climate change education, we are excited to announce an addition to our curriculum from September onward.

Our mission is clear: to weave sustainability and climate change considerations seamlessly into our current diverse subject provision. We understand the importance of instilling in our students an awareness and a deep understanding of our planet's environmental challenges. This new layer of education aims to empower our students to recognise the significance of sustainability as they journey through Barfield and beyond.

Starting with a comprehensive review of our existing topics and lessons, we will build on the foundations laid, ensuring that climate change and sustainability become integral components of our students' educational experience. This proactive step aligns with our dedication to nurturing environmentally conscious leaders who can contribute positively to the world around them.
